We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.
You may return any full priced item for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of when the item has been received. Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged so please choose carefully.
If you are exchanging you will need to cover the cost of postage by sending a reply paid satchel together with the item you are sending back. Pre-orders and special orders cannot be refunded but can be exchanged within 7 days. Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange or return your item within 7 days from date of delivery via our email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn with all tags attached.
We cannot exchange or refund if we are notified after the 7 day period.
For national deliveries (australia wide) we send all orders with Australia Post registered service or Toll Ipec couriers. Transit times are 2-7 working days. To ensure safe delivery a signature is required upon delivery.
